Shipping and Returns Procedure:
If the situation should arise and you need to return any product, please follow the following procedures:
Damaged in transit: There is a high possibility that items can be damaged on transit by the company or mailing company or organisation being used. We have most of these products insured and we will want you to report this to us by email

within 24hours of receiving this product. We will then contact you and tell you how to return the product with its full package, accessories and documentation i.e. manual. This has to be received within 48hrs of us contacting you about the damage.
Faulty Products: There is also a high possibility that items can be faulty from the manufacturer’s site and we will like to return them back to the manufacturers immediately without delay. Once you receive your product please check them by using them and report back to us any fault within 24 – 72 hours. We will like you to report this to us by email

within that time scale. When reporting faulty products please make sure the serial numbers and product numbers are visible.
Cancellation: Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to return products within 7 days of receiving them. But you have to make sure that they are in good working condition and there hasn’t been any damage. When products are sent back to us we will not take responsibility of any damage in transit.
Refund: We will be refunding your money back to you if you don’t want a replacement when the product is damaged in transit, faulty or cancellation. Refunds will be credited to your payment card account or paypal.
